Black Belt Club:
A programme for students wishing to attain the coveted black belt.
Circuit training:
Circuit training is a type of interval training in which strength exercises are combined with endurance/aerobic exercises, thus giving you all the benefits of both a cardiovascular and strength training workout.
Sport Karate:
A martial art that developed from a synthesis of indigenous Ryukyuan fighting methods and Chinese kempo. Sport Karate is one of the most modern powerful and explosive martial arts practiced today.
Kickboxing:
A sport-fighting using kicks and punches and sometimes throws and bows representing a certain martial art or can be practiced for general fitness, or as a full-contact sport. See history of Kickboxing.
Lil Dragon Classes:
Classes designed specifically for children between the ages of 4 and 7 years.
Junior Programme:
Classes designed specifically for children between the ages of 8 and 14 years.
Pre-Millitary Training:
Elite pre-military training will help you to reach the levels of fitness that the military expects from you. We have personal one to one training and a group training sessions available. And all sessions are tailored for both men and woman looking to pursue a career in the military. Elite pre-military training will ensure that each student will be capable of passing the relevant physical entrance level tests and will set you on your way to your new military career with confidence.
Mixed Martial Arts:
Mixed martial arts (MMA) is a combat sport in which a wide variety of fighting techniques are used, including striking and grappling. See history of Mixed Martial Arts.
Personal 1-2-1 training:
1-2-1 sessions created specificaly for you, with your personal goals in mind
Self-Defence:
Expecting an attacker to have greater strength and reach, martial arts "soft styles" can be used by children and adults, as well, and rely on balance, leverage, quickness, and coordination. Maintaining these abilities into old age is a main concern of the Tai Chi set of exercises.
Women Only Classes:
Classes for women to learn self defence and stay fit and healthy in a comfortable environment.
XMA (Extreme Martial Arts):
A combination of martial arts kata or forms, acrobatics, and gymnastics. Develops a high degree of coordination, flexibility, and muscular strength.
